Refund & Cancellation Policy – Quailmart
Quailmart deals in perishable farm products such as eggs, meat, and live birds.
Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch of the order.
Once the order is dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds are applicable only if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged at the time of delivery
• Missing items
The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
No refund will be provided for delays caused by customer unavailability or improper storage after delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
